Being an Agusta aircraft, that'd be a neat trick. My heart goes out to the families of those lost.

I don’t think that is a correct description of the aircraft. Agusta was a helicopter manufacturer. Westwind 24s were manufactured by Aero Commander.

The article states that Lion Air of Indonesia already posted a disclaimer that the Philippine Company is not related to their airline company.

Aero Commander, then (which ceased aircraft production in 1986). Either way, I don't see a Boeing liability.

Actually Arlo, Aero Commander had sold the rights to the Jet Commander to Israeli Aircraft Industries. They improved upon the design and re-named it Westwind.

I'd post a photo if I could figure out how.
