Weekend Events (Jan 13-14)
« on: January 12, 2001, 09:36:00 AM »
Gentlemen,
Snapshot Immovable Heart Part I on Saturday, at 3 PM EST in the SEA.   This is a repeat of last Saturdays Snapshot, but considering the numbers we will run it again.
Busc will be the CM
There is no Check 6! event planned for Sunday, but since it is a long weekend for me I might put setup the SEA Sunday for a impromptu Check 6!  Watch for that.
Check here for details.
A note of encouragement for all the historical event fans.  We have several Snapshot events in the works. They will be PTO and ETO and using the new features in 1.5. Yes to CV wars.   Also some that will involve racing and contests between squadrons.  Lastly Pyro was encouraging when I spoke to him about using some of the historical maps for our weekly events so I don’t think that will be long in waiting.
Come join the fun!

From the webpage:

"Snap Shots
Snap Shots are open, walk on events that will take place in the Special Events Arena (SEA). They offer the flavor of a historical match-up with a brief look at an event in history and it's out come. Snap Shots will usually last 1 to 2 hours.

We are moving the Snapshots to Saturdays, and due to their popularity (and in order to accommodate our European customers) we will run the Snapshot twice, once at 1 PM and again at 9 PM EST."

Go to http://events.hitechcreations.com  and click on "Snapshots" for event dates.

Hi all  ,

the snapshoot for tonight was scheduled for 4pm on itspage in official website, dates changed, but i tought time was remaining the same (4 pm).

I have advertised the event all the week telling around that it was starting at 4pm, so my only choice is starting it at 4pm..or all the guys that received mails telling them it was at 4 pm will get very angry.

If u come at 3pm, please have some flights in MA till its almost 4pm.

Sorry for the problem,
                        Busc
