I read your post. Xsplit is pretty awful and not free if you want any sort of decent functionality out of it. OBS and SLOBS are much better, it just takes a small amount of effort to get them set up correctly.

I have no interest in VR and wouldn't buy VR just for 1 game.

A 30 second delay on your stream isn't going to do a damn thing for people looking at your stream for a 'tactical advantage' (not even sure what this might mean in this game).
