 Just don't do like a guy I worked with did and break down crying when you hit 30.    He literally sat down on the footing of the building on the job site we were at as it hit him that he was 30, put his face in his hands and started crying over it.  I couldn't figure out what the problem was. I mean he was still in good physical health, had a job and a hot 22 year old girlfriend...  Life looked good from where I was standing. :)
