Weekend Events and more
« on: November 08, 2001, 11:30:00 PM »
Ladies and Gentlemen:

This Friday is the first frame of our current TOD. It is at the usual time of 11 PM Eastern. The Admin CM is skernsk and the Setup CM is sling. Currently we have 15 active squads in the TOD with number over well over 100.  :D
13th TAS
308 (Polish) Squadron "City of Cracow" RAF
332 Viking Squad
332nd Flying Mongrels
412th FS "Braunco Mustangs"
416 RCAF
56th Fighter Group
Arabian Knights
Fat Drunk Bastards
JG2
JV44 Wurger-Staffel
Marine Air Group 33
Nightmares VMF-101
Rogue Squadron
The ASSASSINS
The Screamin' Blue Messiahs
U.S. 8th Armored Division

Many of these squads accept guests so if you would like to participate in a TOD just contact a squad via the events pages and request a “guest” slot.  :)

The new version of the Philippines terrain is out. Get to the Special Events Arena,  (SEA) early and load it or you will have long delay to get in. Watch out for any bugs you encounter. Ronni already took care of one concerning the map room. We also have the Black Sea terrains ready to use. A summer and winter version.  :) We will load those this weekend after the TOD for the community to download in the SEA.

Because of schedule conflicts we had a couple CM’s step down. One of them was going to be on the Saturday TOD (new Euro TOD). That may be pushed back a week or two, but I still expect it to start later this month or early next month. Watch the TOD BB for announcements.

This past Wednesday we had our 2nd Wild Wednesday. Fester was the winner and he picked the P-38 for next Wednesday’s ride.

Lastly, expect an announcement concerning our next Large Scenario called Big Week A link and registration page will be open soon.  :)
