Personally I think turning it off when numbers get to low for it to be viable or setting the time between country changes to incredibly low like under an hour would probably fix the worse of the NMY problems with the least amount of effort while still keeping to it's intended purpose of balancing the sides.... But hey at least HT is looking into the problem.
