State, Federal and Supreme Court justices don't seem to agree with you.  How many cases did Trump win out of the 60?  I think 1, and it was a minor technical issue.  Nothing that would effect the election outcome.

And McConnell has pretty much broadcast there will be no shenanigans from his Senate.  You will probably have a couple of MAGA Senators go through the motions, but McConnell has drawn the line after the Elector College vote.
