While putting the Frame 1 Axis Orders together, I noticed there was some major issues with the available points for both sides.
I have the made the following adjustments.
- The refinery objects are now 1.84 points per object. This bring the total value of the refinery equal to the Task Force - 288 points.
- I have removed the torpedo bonus for sinking ships. I may revisit and adjust in frames 2 and 3.
