Looking for a geriatric squad

Wanted. A squad where:-

1. Older folk are welcome.
2. Transport and bombers are the chosen planes. (Tanks for a change maybe too)
3. Fun dominates and scores do not matter.
4. Full real rivet counters are generally loathed and not encouraged.
5. Aussie friendly flight times.

Any such animals out there?
