Head Home position in the cockpit
« on: March 16, 2021, 03:20:28 PM »
I can’t move the home head position in the cockpit. I know the arrow keys are supposed to do it. When I push them the view flickers like its trying to move but it doesn’t. So what’s the trick?

Are you using VR (or maybe head tracking)?  If so, move your head and hit F10.

Wiley.
If you think you are having a 1v1 in the Main Arena, your SA has failed you.

I think this happened to me when I tied an "analog" thumb switch to it hoping to use it to slide my head around while still using the view keys on my hat switch.

Yes that worked. Thanks Wiley.    If you use a TrackIR the arrow ad page up keys don't work.

It's been a while since I did it, but I am pretty sure if you shut off TrackIR with F9, you can then move your head position with the arrow keys.  Idle curiosity, are you using TrackIR and did just moving your head and hitting F10 work?
