Howdy Eagler. I am signed up with a plan G (Mutual of Omaha) and Wellcare Plan D.
Currently I only have 1 med, a pre-hypertenion drug. My goal is to control my need for meds with good diet and exercise, working so far! All blood tests in the Goldie locks zone.

Just saw this today about crazy increases by some companies in some states on their plans..



Mine went up 10% 2 months after I signed up last year ..

Yes exercise and diet are the keys ..you ain't got nothing if you don't have your health

I just about fell out of my chair when I saw an Aces High post notification in my email just now. Still here. 4 grandkids now. Everybody healthy. Thankful for that. It’s been 21 years I think that I’ve flown Aces High. I miss you guys! I found out that our squaddie Milenko (Dave) had sadly passed away a while back. My life consists of running the body shop, doing family stuff, church etc. I’m on the tail end of a 9 year restoration of a 1980 Wellcraft Scarab Miami Vice restomod boat. All is well. Hope you guys are doing well.

Our Seahawks wear these colors once a year so it was good by me! ;)

Thanks Getback. I still do minor maintenance crap on my vehicles so that Bendpak lift comes in handy.
