Login assistance

Subscription ran out - Paid it back up and now the game wants me to enter a new username.  Previous username is unavailable - Play via Steam.  any ideas how to fix?

Enter a new user name. Try that first.. When your subscription ran out your previous  name got locked.
There was also an issue with subscriptions through Steam. You might try doing a search on that.
