I can't download them - in MS Edge I get some kind of security error, and in Chrome, I can click to download but it doesn't seem to start the download, and I get no error message.   I tried them all and none of them showed up in my downloads folder...

EDIT:  Just tried to manually download on a MacBook and Safari has no complaints and it downloaded OK.   Next step, try in-game auto download...

EDIT2: In-game download works when I clicked on the skin in red text in selection list.  I was also able to download some skins OK from the skins download page directly.

But I get this error when clicking to download the skin from new skin batch announcement post:



Is it because the download server doesn't have https:// in the URL?

Yes it's the i will  I'll fix the page for the next release. For now just change the http to https
