My new Sim Rig
« on: February 12, 2022, 03:47:32 PM »
I want to give a shout-out to the maker (Open Wheeler) of this sim rig and will show you guys pics of what it looks like: great product for someone looking to have a sim pit and not just desktop mounting options....  It is reasonably priced vs other more expensive setups (I was gonna get the MonsterTech rig from Germany, but price was absurd).  This really adds to ergonomics and realism, I love this rig and use it for Aces High 3, IL-2 and DCS.  Note: I have not yet transferred my Virpil gear to this rig yet, but that is coming....  I will be giving my son my old desktop/mounts setup (pics below).

Enjoy the pics and post pics of your setup! ;)

What modules do you fly in DCS?

In DCS, I like the Bf109 K4, P51, P47and the Spitfire.  I have not gotten into jets. The K4 is lots of fun to fly.

I am the same way on the jets. I fly helicopters only and the P-47. Just did a trial on the F-86 Sabre, now that is a fun module.
