Not sure about all states, but in my experience you are incorrect. Cases have been on a very steep decline well before the Russia/Ukraine invasion. In NY for example, the mask mandate was lifted 14 days prior.

Russia doesn't have a free press. if europe wants to remove russian reporters or whatever, it doesn't bother me.

I haven't trusted the media or governments for many years so I don't want them spoon feeding me the "facts" they deemed I am to hear...

Most ppl are too lazy/dumb to dig out the truth as it takes time and thought...they'd rather pick a channel/ theme and swallow its slanted narrow view/agenda as the truth.. and then tune in and watch something more important like the masked singer/the view/jerry springer/majority of most so called entertainment today..
