Issues with Oculus dumping to Desktop

Is anyone else having issues with getting dumped to desktop using the Oculus?

Had it happen twice tonight during FSO, once during a key moment.

YES!  Recent Update seems to be issue...Win11, for me  haven't had this happen FOR MONTHS!!!! Far as I can see/deduce...it a Aces High COMs issue? Seems to happen when I "Key up Coms"?  Nvidia Sound Drivers have been an issue in the past?
