This is an adoption of Bubi's original Jg 11 skin. New info has come to light revealing that this aircraft was actually in service with Jg 54.
Fw190D-9 W.Nr. 210129 "Red 9" was found abandoned at a temporary airfield in Babenhausen, Germany (just southeast of Frankfurt) in March/April, 1945. A detachment from III/Jg 54 used this airfield in February, 1945. It was photographed on it's belly with the engine missing, probably cannibalized for parts. Originally, it was assumed that it belonged to Jg 11 because of the presence of a light colored tail band (Jg 11 used yellow) and it was believed that Jg 54 never painted their Doras with the blue bands like their 190A's. But it seems that they did use the blue bands in 1945.
W.Nr. 210129 was an early production Dora and featured complete coverage of RLM 76 light blue on the undersides and fuselage. Top color camouflage uses the day fighter grays of RLM 74 and 75. The exhaust area is painted black on the cowling. The front half of the prop spinner has a black and white spiral and the aft portion retains the RLM 70 factory color.
