and gina, once I said this before, you defend people that will  come after you,

semp

Who are they that will be people coming after her?

She seems quite intelligent and doesn’t seem to be concerned about this boogie man you speak of.

Just as Andy Ngo and Caitlin Jenner are not.
They're casting their bait over there, see?

Odd there has only been one person in this thread that has been dehumanizing Gina. See if you can figure that out.

Can anyone biologically define man and women?
 :salute

Genetically, there are 6 common sexual karyotypes in our species that allow for a normal lifespan. These are biologically considered normal and are directly represented in outward physical characteristics.

X     (1/2,000 people)
XY
XX
XXY  (1/500 people)
XYY  (1/1,000)
XXXY (1/18,0000)

Developmentally, when other genetics are accounted for, there are multiple dozens of intrinsic sex traits that have male/female "grey scales" to them.  The amount of variability is astounding. Very few traits are strictly on/off... most have varying degrees of "on", bringing gray into a discussion that used to be "black and white, boy or girl"

People have such an easy time with binary categories, but have so much trouble when the world is full of different shades of gray, and it certainly shows in this thread.  "Female" is basically the default setting for pretty much everything genetic in our species....For demonstration, look down at your male nipples and ask yourself what they're there for.

But, I'm just a male biologist... I'm sure there's some high school biology dropout that will gladly point out where I'm wrong.

Turner syndrome (TS), also known as 45,X, or 45,X0, is a genetic condition in which a FEMALE is partially or completely missing an X chromosome.

Klinefelter syndrome (KS), also known as 47,XXY, is a syndrome where a MALE has an additional copy of the X chromosome.

XYY syndrome is a genetic condition in which a MALE has an extra Y chromosome.

XXXY syndrome is a genetic condition characterized by a sex chromosome aneuploidy, where individuals have two extra X chromosomes.[2] People in most cases have two sex chromosomes: an X and a Y or two X chromosomes. The presence of one Y chromosome with a functioning SRY gene causes the expression of genes that determine maleness. Because of this, XXXY syndrome only affects MALES.

Damn... the woke haven't gotten to these Wiki descriptions yet. Someone best get on that

It's not the education system, it's the language and interpretation of it from each individuals point of view.

Take the words complete and finished. They are very similar but can mean two completely opposite things. Example:

If you meet Mrs. 'Right' and marry her; you are complete.
If you meet Mrs. 'Wrong' and marry her; you are finished.
And finally, if Mrs. 'Right' finds you with Mrs. 'Wrong'; you are completely finished.
So what u are saying is learning the grammar and syntax of 1s language is a waste of time?

it's exactly the education I have that helps me understand why you can't  biologically define a man or a woman because there's always exceptions. you can give general terms but that's about it.

even if you bring up xx/xy you still have exceptions. that's why it's hard to define.  2 plus 2 does not always equals 4.

semp

So biologically, if an organism has testicles or ovaries, that does not define male and female?

Its very very close to 1 in 2 for both XX and XY.

My business/BS? I still have the testicles I was born with and still identify as male. Yet I still try to keep an open mind about those that do not. And, as a result, I'm more than happy to defer to those that have actually had surgical gender reassignment to be able to give a valid POV and opinion. Have you been misgendered in your lifetime?

Now, if this is a subject you wanna duck instead of address ... well that's your prerogative. But don't try to take your frustrations out on me (not that it bothers me but it definitely seems to bother you.) Peace.
