You feel that thinking you have substantial evidence is the same thing as having it.

If your case is denied by a judge, your case must have no merit or you haven't met the basic criteria.  Get a better lawyer and refile or accept that you are full of it.
We have rule of law for a reason.  The criteria for having a case heard are there for a reason.  File a case that has merit.  Work within the law.
