Ever since I bought my Generac 24kw whole home generator, the power has not dropped once. Funny how that happens.

Good luck with the storm. I deal with power outages every time we get severe storms  here in Ohio.

When power goes out my backup generator is the only thing that keeps my basement from flooding.

A long time ago, during my first marriage, I had a Chihuahua named Steve. He's dead now. The bad news is that his remaining owner isn't.

There is nothing unusual about the hurricane. Hurricanes happen and they have always happened. They're not getting more powerful or more frequent.

This one happens to be headed for Tampa, which is an extremely low lying area and they've dodged hurricanes for 100 years. That's the only thing unusual about it. Where it's tracking.

Nothing unusual except it is 2 very strong hurricanes back to back.

LaQuinta Inn brand is pet friendly. We are going to ride this out in Brandon, Fl. Hopefully minimal damage though it appears to be coming right over us based on the latest update.
