I've been trying to research the history of No.1 Fighter Wing RAAF during their 1943 battles with the Japanese. Also the units which defended Port Moresby in 1942.
The only sources I can find mention the Wing's activities almost as a footnote to a wider analysis of the war. Does anyone know of any books that deal with RAAF history in greater detail?
