Joystick stopped working

In windows it recognizes the stick but in Aces High it seems to have no input are there any easy fixes because I am not savvy enough to fix it.

I tried flying in another game it seems to work there in Aces it recognizes my inputs in the map controller menu but doesn't work while on the runway I am confused

be sure that it is programmed in the game on ALL modes. If the game see the axis movements the stick is fine and the assignment is off.

Sometimes the controller settings get lost. You have to reassign them. After you reassign them, copy them somewhere in case this happens again.
