Getting a powered USB hub took care of a lot of spiking. Those LEDs suck a lot of power on top of stick power. I have a 750 watt power supply, using the powered hub was better. I think it was like $50 at Best Buy.
The settings are in a close ball park for >my< stick, I'm just doing very minor tweaks (tiny movements) now as I use it more.
In the HOTAS software, which I load that profile and run in the background, I changed the Rudder (Z-Rotation) to "Directional Axis". I'm pretty sure this added a positive to the tweaking.
I have a feeling if I take it apart and clean/fix it, these settings might change.
