1) To me it shows AH players are teams working together - not just flying around everyman for himself.
2) I always thought there should be a dedicated film group in Aces High - seems like they have always been mostly single-player efforts.
1) While this video was more of showing the graphics and different areas of the game. There should be a video emphasizing the difference in how the game/arena is played, compared to others. I think the difference is what makes AH more fun for me, despite graphic differences.
2) I've hinted around about this. If I achieved anything from this video, despite whatever players it COULD draw, it hopefully inspires exactly what you just stated, and the style. Longer videos are more popular these days.
I'm not sure this video thing will move the needle at all, time will tell. I'm of the NothingVenturedNothingGained tribe. But from some of the ads out there, they are not at competition level, or so old they just don't draw anymore.
Off subject: One of the bigger complaints I read about newer player who left, after graphics,.... what happens on ch 200 was a turn-off. And while competitive and even SOME taunting is ok,.. I have to say,... in my old days as AW staff and arena moderator,.. some of these people would get a vacation. That sex talk and politics has to go. It's disgusting, certainly and obviously a negative impact on the game a player base. It won't matter to draw in new players, if they get chased away with that nonsense. We get some that melt down for over an hour on 200. If some people get burnt butt because they can't act like that on 200 and leave, we are better off. For every one of those who leave, we may retain 5 more players.
The art of biz is not only how many new people are drawn in, but how many are retained. The return customer.
