Is there a way that these maps are the ones used in ma?

Hard to tell the topo on the existing ones

They look very cool  Thanks!

Eagler

Eagler if you are asking if these maps can be used as the clipboard map in the MA, I don't know.  Would be cool, but I am not sure how the clipboard maps are made.

You can edit any map in the "maps" folder. Save them as a .bmp, and keep them 512x512 and you can load them in the notebook.

I have edited the HQ map as I dont use that one. Mine now has a list of all the voice commands I have in voice attack. The list was getting long as to what I have so I can bring up the page when I need one that I dont use often. Had to read a list if its on a paper on the desk with my headset on.

The only issue I see might be reading the map once you shrink it down to 512x512. I might have to give that a try tomorrow.

I think what Eagler meant was can this map be the clipboard map for the given MA terrain.  I could make a version of this without any of the bases or CV icons on it.  Then, if that map could be loaded instead, the MA clipboard functionality would provide the bases, fleets, the radar overlays, etc.

I don't know how big the clipboard terrain map is, but I'm sure it much larger than 512x512 - you can zoom in and out and and drag it around with the cursor.

Yes, that is exactly what I was saying. Open any of them and and check the size. The few I popped open were 512x512 bmps

I'll have time to mess with it tomorrow and will post a screen shot of the clipboard with one loaded  then.

Sorry, to add this as a usable clipboard map you would need access to the res file in game. You can add it as a clipboard map like the town, depot maps but you cant zoom in or have the spawn points and such on it. My mistake.

No worries, Fugitive.  The intent of the idea is a good one I think.

5.9.5, between number 5 and border. We have a big Nordic community here; 2 Finns, 2 Norwegians, 1 Swede and 1 Canadian. And, of course, Baron himself.
