skin p51d_58.res keeps re d/l

Anyone else getting this?  The skin for p51_58.res  re-downloads everytime i open the game since the last skins update.   

yes, I have the auto d/l skins box checked.

Back after a loooooong break. Old name Ratpack1 same for the BBS.

Squad I did the most tours with were the Excaliburs then The 172nd Rabid Dogs. Still trying to talk Illigaf, Coola, Oldman22, and Joecrow into coming back instead of being boring old farts!

What happens if you use the ingame download on command option; does that load and clear it?

Just to bump - this problem is still occuring; matters not that the download completes successfully - next time I login it restarts downloading p51d_58.res
