Side splits and CiC's will be announced on Saturday and the frame 1 objectives on Sunday. Please have your squad's side preferences and commitment levels locked in ASAP.

Why no bonus for Yak 9T GV kills?

The bonus is there to give incentive to taking Stukas or IL-2's. They are much higher risk to fly, so they get the most profit for a successful attack.

It's also why they only award a single point to the opposition when they are killed.

My 2 pennyworth.  IF you are going to persist with allowing manned ack in FSO then make them -1 per kill they get.

risk vs reward
I get really really tired of selective realism disguised as a desire to make bombers easier to kill.

Not sure what you mean, Dan. Can you elaborate on your point?

I kept getting hit by 88s.  Just reviewed and it looks like it was from factory to south.  Seems they were just good shots today.  Damned annoying to get pilot wounded all the freaking time :)

Weird cos I thought that was our factory anyway.

There should not have been any manned ground guns available. Only Ostwinds with the 37mm for the Axis in Hour 2.

If you mean near v179 that's Budapest and was still fully held by the Axis for this frame. If you mean the troops north of A142, that's Axis for every frame.

I was one of the first over 179 and proceeded to take out the acks including the 88s. Most were down by the time everyone arrived, I also spotted all those juicy panthers on the ridgeline that Bannor cleaned out  :devil

I found that very gratifying!  I was able to camp in the hanger on the hill. I think someone dropped a bomb on me at the 42-minute mark.  :uhoh
Destiny brought you here, now FATE will deal with your six!

Damn, we're in a tight spot!

I'm going to post the scores after Frame 3.

That being said, I'm not happy with the fighter balance, so for Frames 2 and 3 the Allies will have their LA-5 maximum raised to 24.
