He was called out (incorrectly) and set the record straight.

You people sure do cry a lot when someone RESPONDS to your challenge.

Should'nt you be getting yourself muted in the MA again?

TBH, he was referring to not landing missions. He did not mention score.

To be fair. In Skyyrs case, if he was playing for score, he could get away with ditching or dying, as his points would be high due to the amount of sorties he has. Though his K/D does hurt him a bit. In my case, I'm lucky to play 10 hours a month with 10-20 sorties, so landing is very important to me in order to get the points necessary to rank higher. The occasional death/ditch does help the K/H a bit though. Points in scoring has always been my weakness due to lack of time played.

The ditch and death relating to kill per time has alot to do with how far you flew to a fight, and if it's worth flying home as well. Kills per time also has a lot to do with when you play.  If you play early, the kills are far spread out compared to PM.

If he gets jumped by 8 guys 25 miles from home, kills them all and wants to ditch, it would help his kills per time, per sortie, and his K/d.

But stats in this game are pretty moot.  If you want to measure dicks with someone how they play in the MA.. look at their kills per time.

If one is a couple inches shorter, go to the DA.  (Whip it out)

Most of all, have fun.

3rd of all, quit posting here.  Vraciu reminds me of splasher and 00pk when he gets on his knees for someone who would knee him the the face after the fact.

It was meant as an aspersion but the guy wasn't intelligent enough to realize he was looking at an intentional tactic.

This is my issue as well.   I get lots of kills then the action dies and I wind up droning around in a futile attempt to find a fight.   K/H takes a massive hit.

Not to mention a pretty flawed system of ranking greatness.  Plenty of good pilots rank low and vice versa.   I'd prefer to see scores as a lifetime deal that only the player can see.   That would remove a lot of the toxicity related to ranking.   I'm only competing against myself any way at the end of the day.

Ranking and scoring are different.

You can score a 250 k/d in a fighter a do nothing else the rest of the tour.  You will above 200 overall, and probably around 100 in fighter rank.

If you want to rank 1 overall, just milkrun between 3am and 12pm cst, a d fly fast fighters when the action picks up.

Don't forget to capture an undefended with both a c47 and m3 a few times in that 3am to 12pm window.

Keep in mind that 1v1 skill is different than MA skill. MA has a lot of different situations and unfairness and SA that should be taken into play. That's why I feel like a player who ranks high mid war planes are far more superior to players who rank high in super late war fast cannon planes. I do wish ENY per planes was taken into ranking #s. 1v1 takes a different skill set and understanding to be successful. You don't have to be the best at 1v1 to be the best in the MA and vice versa.

As Lazer mentioned. It is pretty darn easy to rank high overall if you have time and understand the gameplay. That's why I only play in fighters. It's the one rank that actually does take some skill to get top 5 and #1. It use to be more competitive when more people played, and my points issue really hurt me then. The other categories can be farmed pretty easily if you have the time. I've always hated vehicles so I never liked playing that category.

I don't believe rank is really that big of a factor in how people play. Timidness is natural. And most people don't know ACM. And therefore most people hardly even know what they are doing when someone engages them. Flying the easiest fastest planes is not due to score, but do to being able to stay alive. People want to stay alive rather than die because it's a far distance back to the fight.

I actually enjoy the scoring just to add some competition and be able to compare yourself with stats if you'd like. I like that score changes every month to give players a chance to be at the top. Lifetime scoring hardly ever changes and is generally manipulated with who has 180 hours a month to play. AH has never been about competitive scoring so you can't look at someone's #s and take them at face value per their actual skill. You mostly see people's real skill by coming across them in the MA one way or another. There are a lot of pretty great sticks who don't care at all about their #s.

There are 1 or 2 players who can do this for you, but you need all your names and tours and hope they have the time to do it for you... I think fugitive is one.. maybe tongs.

Lifetime stats are what I want to see.
Surrounded by suck and underwhelmed with mediocrity.

I agree with this. Seems there are many "picker" pilots and squads these days.

If you're able to run down one of these "picker" rocket planes usually you'll find that most are very lacking in ACM abilities. I've found that high ponies are usually no threat unless you get tangled up in a fight and even then they weren't that good a actually hitting you on their 500mph passes that were usually followed by extending a sector.

I was wary of the low ponies however as those guys tended to know how to fight.

Fly a plane how it was designed to fly. P-51 was not designed for on deck TnB.

Then again, we gave K4 30mm used to HO.

Been there 1000 times. Its all good until a plane designed for TnB is on your 6.
I know, why I have a high no landing and death rate. I have a habit of taking it where it should not be. lol

It’s a BnZ plane.

Pilots who hate it the most, fly TnB planes.

That said, I can throw out a troll line and drag 4-5 of those almost anywhere. As soon as 3 peel off I’m flipping for the loner. :) I never just keep running.
