The equation below for the offset gives the Axis additional points if the number of bomber pilots exceed 14. As written, the axis get more points for each target destroyed by the Allies and each enemy plane shot down by the bombers. Doesn't seem right. I know the offset may not be applied based on decisions by the organizers. Great event, well done to the Scenario Team.

This offset may be used in the event side ratios are imbalanced, as deemed necessary by the Scenario Team:
offset = 0.03 x [(number of bomber pilots) - 14] x [2.2 x (number of Successful Drops) + (number of kills by bombers)]
