I made a mistake in the objectives.
The targets should read as this:
Hour 1 Allied Objectives: Bomb Cities and Troop Strats at Augsburg and Ingolstadt.
Hour 1 Axis Objectives: Defend Cities and Troop Strats at Augsburg and Ingolstadt.
Hour 2 Allied Objectives: Bomb hangars at A47 and A49 in Munich.
Hour 2 Axis Objectives: Defend A47 and A49 in Munich.
Also, I neglected to mention that the air spawn altitude is 20K.
