Some notes and minor changes for Frame 2.
Alt cap and downdraft are now both 16K to prevent confusion.
Minimums on Hour 1 Jabos is now 10 pilots per side, up from 8.
Stukas and IL-2's may attack Hour 2 targets in Hour 1.
Hour 1 targets become invalid after T+60. An Axis player in Frame 1 bombed a hangar at the Hour 1 target well after T+60 and received no points for his effort.
The Allies having 4 attack objectives in Hour 2 is to compensate for the Axis having a Medium Air Base target.
Hangars and bunkers destroyed at A182 and A186 will stay down for the entire frame. Use of these bases may be limited or totally unavailable in Hour 2 due to damage.
