Taken down by a falling bomb

Tonight was one of those nights that I will always remember. I was in my mossie rising to intercept some B24s... much to my surprise I was in the bomb stream and one took off my left wing... that was a first... in 17 years.
Hat tip to Bad10 for the precision bombing!!

Same thing happened to be a couple years back… at first I was like  :headscratch: and then I thought about it and laughed my arse off.

The bomber used to get an achievement for that i don't know if that still happens

My brother once took out a hurri2c with a supply drop from a Fi in mid-air.

Still haven't gotten over that one :D

Only about the 3rd or 4th time I’ve heard this mentioned in my combined years… funny either way  :rofl

I’ve been killed by bombs taking off, not as funny  :(

One for the books! Definitely very weaksauce. IOS thinks that’s two words btw - but we know better

As many late night map wins I’ve helped, still haven’t gotten the troop that won the war, someday maybe.
