Bring Back Early War and Mid War Arenas

They should be swapped out with Match Play and Steal the Sheep servers.  Plus, they should be free also.  That will help new players decide to subscribe for the good stuff.

Free early war not mid as many would be happy with free mid war if it had decent numbers and never move to ma subscription..

Back in 2022 after a loooooong break from 2010. Old name Ratpack, same for the BBS.

Squad I did the most tours with were the Excaliburs then The 172nd Rabid Dogs. Still trying to talk Illigaf, Coola, Oldman22, and Joecrow into coming back instead of being boring old farts!

Just put an arena that has like constant resupply missions and like drones that fly over at random heights that you can shoot with 88s..that’ll take like 60% of the MA population left.
