Hmmm....
Just got my ADSL today from Bell Atlantic (640/90).
Athlon 800Mhz, 196Meg RAM, Geforce SDR, Westell External DSL modem.
While I seem to be getting pings to some servers I use in the consistent 60ms range, my HTC ping is 90ms, but solid.
Good? Bad? In the average range of deviation?
Tweaking in Order?
