Halloween Plans?
« on: Yesterday at 08:33:19 AM »
Tonight, AKBmzawy and I will have the fire pit going in the driveway.  We will be wearing some warm clothing due to colder temps here in MO.  Candy has been bought.  Looking forward to the trick-or-treaters.

Last year, the best costume was by a 9- to 10-year-old girl as a zombie bride.  She went all the way with the makeup and blood-stained dress with torn edging.  Very Hollywood quality.

I do ask some of the kids what they are due to not knowing current cartoon characters.  Spme due to original imagination costumes.

The infants and toddlers love the fire.  Make sure the toddlers don't rush to the flame with outstretched hands for the warmth.

Unfortunately, my Darth Vader costume is packed away.  I haven't modified it for my amputated ankle and foot yet with new boots.  The lightsaber needs 6 new D cell batteries.  I stoll haven't got the voice device to speak like Vader.  I'm 5' 10" and a short Vader.

Happy Halloween! If you dont have it already. The Darth Vader helmet that Disney makes is a must have! They did a fantastic job on it.

We are going to Hollywood studios tonight with some friends. Im pretty stoked.

We've had a lack of knockers. Im not sure if too many ole geezers in my neighborhood or what, but its sorta disappointing. When I was a kid, Halloween was my favorite, there were thousands of kids in my neighborhood going door to door. It was awesome. Still wish it was a day off though!

Gonna be a real nice cool evening for us in FL, perfect for Halloween festivities!

Ya, things really have changed a lot since we were kids. I think most of us would have been in trouble for some of the stuff we did as kids if there had been cameras everywhere like there are today.

The best costume was a 10-year-old boy wearing a Heath Ledger Joker.  The clothes and face paint were spot on.  The only thing off was a curly green wig.

The people across the pasture have 5 skeletons standing in the front yard. When they go to bed I'm going to go over there and put them laid out on the lawn in various sexual positions.

One of these days I'll tell yall about the time I had a gorilla suit and was let loose in town. I got in the newspaper over that one.  :rock  :rofl
