I always thought kills per hour was measured by your ability to vulch., That was the only way I could ever get it up.

This could be true in some cases.  If you go back in time, what were considered the L33t pilots usually had higher kills per time.  They didn't need to shoot them on the runway, they just knocked whatever got close to them out of the sky.

A re-arm isn't necessarily helping your kills per hour, as it is your kills per sortie.

Kills per hour is basically a way to measure timidness.  Climbing to 20k, running from any sort of threat.. ect..

Not really true if you fly in Euro hours when there is considerably less people online to fight with.
