This skin is an adoption of Fencer's original.
Bf 109G-14 of 5./JG 11 in April 1945. The unit was based at Strausberg, just east of Berlin. This aircraft was photographed in a hangar seemingly after a repair that resulted in the cowling being repainted with single dark color. I used RLM 83 dark green for this. In keeping with Fencer's original skin, I used RLM 81 green and 82 brown for the main camouflage. A yellow JG 11 Reich Defense tail band was supplemented with a yellow rudder and forward cowling, which to me makes it likely that this plane was passed to JG 11 from a previous unit in Air Fleet 4 based in Austria and southern Czechoslovakia.
