Hi Zanzibar, welcome to the AH skinning community. Love the scheme and the skin looks promising so far although I can't see how much detail like stitching and shading effects you have included. I also don't know how close to finished this is. Could you post some zoomed-in images that show more detail?

Have you checked out the "Skinning World War 1 Planes" stickied thread in this forum? You need to create extra files for the skin that show damaged areas of missing fabric etc. I recall from skinning Camels it is quite tricky to do but required for submission to the game.

Hey Greebo!

I am still working on the stitching and the details. This is just a rough draft that I wanted to upload to make sure that it was worth finishing. I did as much research as I could to make sure that this was the most accurate version of Lt. Raben's Fokker Dr.1.

I will make sure to go over the sticky. I have already made a damaged area missing fabric file, it was pretty easy to do for the Dr. 1. I will work on completing this skin soon!

Glad you've done the research, I have the job of approving new skins and HTC's rules say they must be RL aircraft. It is great to have another skinner on board and I am really looking forward to seeing this one done. If you have any questions about skinning or the submissions procedure please ask.
