CH FighterStick Throttle Problem?
« on: April 09, 2002, 08:50:30 PM »
I've finally got my CH USB Fighterstick and ProPedals mapped and running.  It was an uphill battle all the way for me.

Anyway, I've got one remaining strange problem.  I have all 4 throttles mapped to the throttle wheel (Axis Z) through CH Control Manager.  In Aces High all 4 throttles function.  However two of them are reversed.  When I advance the wheel 2 engines go to max, while two retard to idle.  Go the other way, and they reverse.  Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks

I finally discovered the solution by by setting invert axis for throttles 2, 3 & 4.  Now all four operate in the same direction.  Weird fix.

As to the gent asking about how to set it up, it ain't easy.

I ultimately set up the joystick to work in MS Flight Simulator first with a lot of trial and error.  Once that was done, I was able to get it running in Aces High pretty quick.  I will look and see if I can email you my setup files.
