Nose Art?

I just noticed the "download" noseart in the squad section of AH. What is it and how do I do it? What are the requirements?

Please, someone, let me know.

And another question: How do you guys get those cool mini photos inside your posts? It would be cool to have those for our squad.

Those photos:
1. You should have some disk space in some operator where to upload your image (make it small please     )

2. Check out "*UBB code is on" phrase when you hit reply or new post in left of window

Something like:  (IMG)http://www.mysite.com/mypages/myfoto.jpg(/IMG)

Change these ( and ) to these ones [ and ]

Jedman, I was told the nose art is not up and running yet.

As for the cool pics, they are fun. JG2 has some nice ones and I have done several for our squad. Staga explained it very well.

Since there's no UBB IMG tag allowed everyone here edits the message again.

If you prefer a cleaner message you can paste your sig with the ubb img tags from the clipboard.

Thanks for all the replies. I'm am a total dweeb when it comes to this, and I still didn't fully understand the explanation given.  Please give slightly simpler instructions.
