New support person and private forums
Please welcome the newest member of the HTC team, Mathew "Aurelius" Klinge. Mathew will be handling most of the customer and technical support for Aces High. He'll need a little bit of time to get up to speed on everything, but judging from his start, it won't take long.
The new BBS will not support passworded forums like the old BBS did. This means that private forums have to be set up with permissions set for each individual user who is to have access to that forum. If you are a squadron CO with a private forum on our message board, you will need to compile a list of all your members' BBS IDs that you want to be able to access your forum and send that list to
support@hitechcreations.com. Please be sure to include the name of your forum/squadron. This is a lot of people to set up permissions for at once, so please be patient while we go through this process. It may take a week to get all the private forums setup again. Finally, please do not email your permission list unless you are the CO of that squad and please do not send incomplete lists. Thanks for your patience during this BBS transition.
