I didn't mean to imply that I was upset or anything...

I was being chased by about 4 enemies when I was suddenly jumped by a 110.  Whomever that was knocked off half of one of my wings sending me to earth at a rapid rate.  I bailed at the very last second (sucessfully)...just as I was about to go to the tower I noticed that I had "killed" Widewing...I figured you were trying to hit my chute and augered.

No big deal....I don't mind getting hit in a chute...it's all part of the game.  

The only other thing I can think of is that I actually shot you earlier in the flight and it just took a while for you to actually go down.....

Nahhhh...what am I saying?

Hello My Name is....


160 hrs was my all time low/high.  I didn't realise that was only in-plane time.  Now I'm really depressed!  Once you hit the 'fulltime job' status you know you are in trouble.  Now I play less and enjoy it more! Go figure.

*  The second step in this 12-step program is to find someone else who is even more of an AH junkie, and say to yourself, "Well, at least I'm not as bad off as that guy!".

*  Step three is to point out to your wife or those who have become concerned about you that there are folks out there who are even more addicted and things could be a lot worse.

* What we need now is for someone to help out Virage.  He's up to 160 hours, not including tower time and questions 2-7.  Can someone make him feel better?

Perhaps Hitech, Pyro and the HTC gang log some pretty serious hours? :)

I lost a C-Hog to an AI ack that popped up at 31, while at low level rocketing hangers. I was too low to bail. I also pulled off my wings (Yak-9U) on trim pullout after chasing a P-51D in a dive at 45. The Mustang augered too. Learned the G limits of the Yak the hard way. ;) I killed a 110 at 33... Na, you were hit by a 110, not in one. Moreover, I landed that sortie.

You could have picked up the proximity kill on either of those (somebody did). I don't believe I was shot down by an aircraft last night (for a change).

I haven't been addicted in a while. My first year of WB's was pure addiction. I'd stay up til 3 am playing, and sleep for 3 1/2 hours and go to work. Did that all the time. What an idiot I was. I know this is hard to believe something like that coming from a veteran bigweeker like myself, but hey it can happen.

I fly AH anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours most nights now. I play the game because I enjoy it, not because I'm hooked.

My average in plane time was about 45 hours a month...lately I don't like to fly unless I have 2 hours or more to do so. My time per month now days is less than 20 hours.

Raises hand......51D was me...but I didn't auger..legit kill by the 110.
