Hey Ga, I figured it out after we landed that time.
Shift+3 to turn off engine. Then press Ctrl+E or Shift+3? to select all engines, and then throttle. It will throttle all engines, including 3, but since it's shut off it will have no effect.

cc ghost, but then you also start the engine you have shut down;).
I was interested to only activate the engine that is running to get trottel control on it;).
And that yu do with "Cntr-E"
