its ok

the speedbrake switch and the UMD on the throttle is way too hard to move.
i think the springs are kinda stiff (coming from flcs)
the new thumbmouse is way better than eraser head ;)
it looks cool

toss up i guess.

The thumb buttons are turnable to be lined up better with your thumbs..and apperenly they wear in quite quickly
The springs are a bit of a wrestle...
I really need to figure out how to de-bounce the stick though. At slow speeds I can barley control the nose...

Stiff springs = bounce generators.
Play with the pitch scaling sliders in AH.  Make them look like an exponential curve.  Start off with flat slope and gradually increase slope.

Check the forums at http://cougar.frugalsworld.com.  The speedbrake switch may be misaliged.  Forcing it may break it.

The speed brake does bed in quite quickly it will be fine after a few sorties.
