Heh, I used to do truely evil things in a 110G flying WarBirds. I'd either die in moments or get a 4 kill sortie. Or both. Aside from the obvious HO tactics, you'd be surprised how well that thing could stallfight. Many people were.

Much of the effect was the no one took it seriously until it was way too late.

The He219 was a good plane, if somewhat
underpowered, but was produced in very
limited numbers. If you want a plane that
represents the real strength of the Luftwaffe
night fighting forces then you what the Me 110,
and various Ju 88 forms, and maybe the Do 217.

I don't think the 110G was used much as a
jabo was it?

I love the 110 and flew it in WB very often (about 10% of my total).  Great attack platform.

Fester, you are wrong.  The 410 was a beautiful plane!  I have yet to see a WWII airplane that was anything less than Beautiful.

There is a civil aircraft that borders on ugly though...  I think it's made by...
Citabria.

PLEASE dont ask for the hs 129!

No one could possibly want an aircraft that would bring nothing the other LW planes cant handle. It was only successful because of the russian theatre where armour was more of an issue for aircraft because most fighting was low over the battlefield.

We need a (preferably)twin engined jabo plane more than anything,we need to be able to deliver 1000-2000kg of ordinance plus have good cannon loadout so we can do more damage thats more comparable with the allied planes.

Hs 129 has guns but is virtually useless as a jabo plane, has poor performance when compared to other twins of the war.
bf110 has great gun loadout and a reasonable bomb load so it would be good.
me410 has fantastic gun loadouts, has excellent ordinance load is faster and rarer in flightsims but apperently was vulnerable to HO or cockpit hits.

my vote in order of preference on looks alone:
bf110g,bf110c-f,stuka,he 177,me410,Ju 188,hs 129 not included its so ugly!
but for is use in MA:
me410,bf110g,ju188,he 177,bf110c-f,stuka,hs129

its the only reason for me that the me410 swings the vote, usefullness.
