It's sweet as all get out!

Only wish we had earlier buffs to use.  Ki-67 and A-20G are almost uber for this setup.  :)  Especially 3 A-20Gs.  No chance to shoot them all down in a Zeke, don't have enough cannons for 'em all.  :D

nice setup here, with the exception of the A20 and Ki67.  We really lacking early bombers, but the fighter action is great.  No matter which side you fly it is fun.  You can even dogfight in the Val, LOL. :)

first night in the CT Ozark and I had to deal with A-20Gs.  Guy was bringing 3 of 'em at a time too.  I didn't even think that was possible with the A-20!    I managed to kill one of the wingies, and damage another before cannons ran out on my Zeke.  Oz was in a Val and only had BBs.  ;)

that's strange, because I coulda swore I saw US insignia and not RAF insignia.  Maybe my mind saw A-20 and hallucinated the US star.  lol

Looks good to me, nice terrain, there! I learned tonight that I like the A6M2 better than the A6Metc we already have. Imho, it's a better plane other than ammo. Or maybe I was just doing things I shouldn't have, lol. Anyway, thanks HTC for bringing in some jap birds, it was sorely needed! Now, if we could just get some late war jap stuff... hehe, it'll get here eventually... hopefully before I run out of money...

I'll check it, but I'm sure it's the Boston III enabled, and not the A20G.  At least it was a Boston that I took off in the other day.  Actually, the Ki67 is much more uber than the Boston in pretty much all catagories except durability.  Ain't that a switch?  Also, the A6M2 is a tough opponent for the Allied fighters.  Get one on your six and you better hope you've got a good amount of altitude to dump for speed.

On the other hand, I got jumped by one while flying a P40B and actually survived the initial fusilade, thanks to the BB guns on the Zeke.  I was closing on a fight between another P-40 and a Zeke, and was sure the sky behind me was clear (heard that before?).  Suddenly, I hear the pitter-patter of rain on a tin roof (7.62mm sound), and then see the tracers going by my canopy.  I snap into a roll and pull for mother-earth, glancing back as I do.  Yep...there's a Zero back there.  Fortunately, the P-40 has a slight edge in speed, so once I pulled away I was able to pitch back and HO the guy.  I tore him up, but lost most of a wing in a collision.  He bailed first, so I got the kill.

Like the BoB set up, this one really is about as balanced as you could hope for.  Plus, the nice scattering of clouds makes for some great cat-and-mouse play.

I do think there is something rotten in the land of the rising sun though.  I have not tested it out yet, but I have a sneaking suspicion that the a6m2 is holding onto its wings much longer than it should.  Many early war japanese plans lost em at 350mph.  I cant imagine that zero can hold on past 400.  Any body rip them wings yet?

Report it in the bug forum or aircraft/vehicle forum.  I noticed that myself.  I went into a wing-stressing dive to get away from a Zeke in the CT and was surprised to see him stay with me.
