I can't remember the exact situation but if I remember right it came down to that you were full of BS.

Yes moose, it is.
He alluded to the fact that book was a diary of his, posted doctored pictures of his supposed outfit and then skirted all the questions.

Despite silly write up, book appears to be a fictional story, in cause you really need one before bedtime.

I'm suprised to see Burbank actually have anything to do with this. He's a total class act. Somethat that can't be said for bobn.

FD, I am not too sure that Burbank new about Bobn's antics at the time, and was committed before he knew that Bob Bailey lied about his military record.  I know Matt was burned.
To the Aces High crowd, I just tell you to have nothing to do with this man or his book.  His name is mud amongst Warbirds pilots, and this book he is promoting was printed and sold with him telling the buying public that it was his stories as an F4 pilot in Veitnam, something he was never.  One of the "quotes" on the book, Matt "Target" Davis, is from a man Bob lied to about his military record.

Good luck to your sim, sounds like it is going good.  But I gotta tell you one of the quotes on the WB's board about this guy.

"I wouldn't wish Bobn upon the Aces High guys."

If you want to support someone who lied about his military background and doctored photos (badly) to try and back his claims then buy this book, Bobn is a habitual liar and the lowest form of pond scum you're likely to ever find. If I were the people whose comments were used by Bobn on this page I would be seeking a way to get them removed as by reading them it is obvious they were made on the strength of Bobn's lies.

He's not only lied about his military career but also scoffed at another players loss of a friend in conflict..oh yeah Bobn is a real class act

The thread is worth looking up.  It is one of the most bizzare cases of behavbior I have seen since one of our members tried to start a flight sim a few years ago.  

Anyway... the thread has some really funny comments on the doctored photos and some very clever hblair like doctored reply photos.   There is also some over the top crap that is pretty disgusting by the "author".
