Kee-riste! I got on yesterday afternoon and fixed this same problem.  Crima-nittly! I'm sorry guys.  I don't know why this is happening.  I'll send an e-mail to Pyro and ask.  Everything was good when I left it last night.

Seemed like the server crashed.  The correct planes were enabled, then everyone was dumped, and when it came back up, all the 1.10 planes were disabled.
