It's a news/bulletin board. The articles tagged "photoshop" are for modified pictures. Typically, someone submits a pic and then everyone mods it. Some interesting and some very incredible work.

Here is my first attempt...done about a year and a half ago. A friend of mine was whining about something or other...he was acting like a bay, so I sent him this (I did it in about 5 minutes while at work..the bald headed guy is another mate of mine)....
