Switched to TCP EVERY session

I don't know if my connection matters but I have a 56k connection and I have learned to live with it quite well. Before v1.10 I think I was switched to TCP twice in 2 months of playing every day. Since v1.10 (or maybe it's the pizza map...?) I play every day and I am switched to TCP EVERY time I play. Often the switch is almost immediatly after logginh in. I could be wrong, but it seems to me that switching to TCP affects my aiming ability.
Please tell me that this is a know issue and will be fixed :confused:

Go to  http://www.pingplotter.com/download.html and download there free ware software. After you install it
do a trace to tpl.hitechcreations.com, save that as an image and send it to me.

I get this same mssg almost every time I log in and I'm on cable at
250 mbps... I cant really see a diff on my end but have had requests for me to log out and come back in so my attacker can shoot me down faster -instead of chasing my skipping plane around-
